Divided into chapters, By Design - Disc 2, takes the viewer to Future SEA Farms which designs and makes a new kind of salmon farm in Science and Nature Design. Fashion and Costume Design follows Crystal Siemens a Canadian fashion designer whose designs are gaining international recognition, followed by Dorothy Grant who designs clothing which reflects her Aboriginal heritage. Lastly, New Media Design follows a site created from concept to code and introducest the teams involved in the building of the Strategis website.
