The one thing we do know about work in the future is that it's going to be radically different. We can expect to change jobs, careers and even countries more often. We may well work from home on a contract basis, we probably won't have a desk to call our own, we'll communicate more through video conferencing, we'll work more in teams more rather than individually, we'll be very unlikely to work in manufacturing which will be mostly off-shore, work will be more family-friendly and people who are flexible and creative problem solvers will probably have the world at their feet. A great program for those preparing for a new age of work.
