Conflict is any situation where people have a difference of values, expectations, opinions, interpretations, needs or wants. This program is about giving all Health workers some insight into what constitutes conflict and what contributes to situations of conflict in the workplace. In addition we outline skills necessary to ensure best possible outcomes when attempting to resolve situations of conflict. Aristotle said "anyone can become angry. That's easy, but to become angry with the right person, to the right degree, at the right time, for the right purpose, and in the right way-that's not easy." The aim of this program is to give participants the best possible chance of success in choosing the right moment, with the right person, in the right way.
